The result poster of clinical research conducted by Jaseng hospital of oriental medicine and Harvard medical school has been announced at 2008 American Pain Society which was held in Tempa, Florida, USA for 4days from 7 May 2008.

This was the 27^th annual meeting of American Pain Society, made up with USA’s and Europe’s leading doctors of rehabilitation, orthopedic surgery and neurosurgery. Only 300 papers out of 3,000 passed this year examination.

This year meeting, more than 30 countries, 3,000 people who relevant with pain control including doctors, nurses, psychologists and etc. have joined, have announced divided by 7 parts in total including various pain diagnosis part, pathology part, experimental animals part and etc.

This research is about 128 patients, who were examined with MRI and diagnosed with spinal disorder, 95% of them are fully recovered from their illness after receiving 6month of Jaseng’s treatment which contained Chuna medicine, Chuna manipulation and acupuncture treatment. And this result have made significant contributed to proof scientifically that Jaseng’s treatment are effective for spinal disorder.

Furthermore, this result of clinical research also orally announced at European Congress of Physical and Rehabilitation medicine which was held in Belgium for 5days from 2 June 2008. More than 1,000 people from 50 countries participated and this international congress was the 16^th this year. Among the leading hospitals in Korea submitted paper, Jaseng hospital was the only one that announced orally, engaged public attention from domestic and foreign parties.

From this achievement, Jaseng will take the head in Korean medicine can be resuscitated as evidence based medicine.
