¢º The same research was done in 1998 and in 2001. The results show that the patients ' treatment satisfaction rate at Jaseng has been growing steadily year after year.

63.9% among 426 patients in 1998 and 70.4% in 2001 who were in the same condition as those interviewed in 2005 answered that they have improved and were satisfied by Jaseng ' s treatment. On the other hand, in 2005, 84.6% among 492 patients were satisfied when comparing to their initial condition.

 
 
 

¢º The interviewees evaluated themselves on their current condition after completing their treatment with Chuna therapy and herbal medicine. The result revealed that 78.9% returned to their normal lives or work. 17.1% among them responded highly positive stating they feel in excellent condition following treatment. The result of the same research conducted in 1998 was 69.4% while 69.4% in 2001.

Jaseng has already set up an academic background of the curing effect of Jaseng ' s unique decoction by discovering Shinbarometin, the new substance extracted from herbal medicine. This research backs the clinical effect of Jaseng ' s treatment methods of both herbal medicine and other therapies.

 
 

¢º Both the rates of improvement and returning to normal lives increased which means the satisfaction rate also increased 6.9% higher than 1998 and 2001.

 
 

¢º The result shows that the rate of Jaseng hospital ' s customer services has increased 6.85% higher than 2001.
92.5% of those who responded said they were satisfied with our services or employees ' attitude toward patients.
