Insurance Service
If the patient has personal health insurance, the patient is responsible for providing the document indicating the payment from the insurance.
After we have permission and guarantee of payment from the insurance company, we will provide cashless service. -

We connect you to our affiliated tourism agency. (Please ask our staff for details.)
4) Visiting and Registration
- First, the patient needs to register at the reception desk in the International Clinic Building #3 on the 2nd floor and they are able to start consultation with the doctor immediately.
- If the patient brought examination results from other medical institution, pass them to nurse, and the nurse shall give it back to you at the end of your visit.
- If the patient requests interpreting service, inform the nurse. And then she will call the interpreter.
5) Consultation
- Based on the examination result, pulse taking, and other diagnosis, the doctor will identify the cause and provide the treatment.
- If the patient had an examination within the past six months and brings the results from their visit, it helps for the consultation.
- If the patient hasn’t had an examination or needs an additional check-up, the doctor may prescribe more examinations.

Prescribed examination
- The examination can be done in the same day and the results received right away.
- If the patient lives abroad, we provide a copy of all the examination results free of charge. -
Consultation after the examination
- The patient can find out the examination results during the consultation with the doctor. The doctor will find cause also can set up the treatment plan.
6) Treatment
Jaseng has Herbal medication, Chuna manipulation, Acupuncture and Moxibustion, Exercise therapy, physiotherapy and more treatment methods.

*If the patient has severe pain or needs intensive care, immediate admission into the hospital is available.
7) Payment
- At the end of your visit, go to the cashier on the first floor of building #3. The payment can be made by cash or credit card.
8) Receiving medicine
- Prescribed pill: Show the receipt at the pharmacy which is located on the first floor of building #3, next to the cashier and get the medicine directly at the pharmacy.
- Prescribed decoction: The decoction will be made and ready by the next day.
- Patients living in Seoul: Jaseng staff will deliver the medicine to you.
- Patients staying at a hotel in Seoul: Jaseng staff will deliver the medicine to the hotel.
- Patients living out of Seoul: Jaseng will arrange the delivery within 2-3 days to you.
- Patients living abroad: Jaseng will arrange the Express Mail Service (EMS). However, the patient should bare the delivery expenses and depending on region, it takes 5-10 days.
- Patients ordering the medicine from abroad: Only bank transmission is available at the moment. If the patient sends us a fax or e-mail of the transmission receipt, we can arrange the delivery process even faster.
