Jaseng Hospital of Korean Medicine has been designated as a public relief hospital by the Korean government.
Public relief hospitals are operated through designation of hospitals that are equipped with infection prevention and control infrastructure that meet national recommendation standards, and segregate respiratory disorder and non-respiratory disorder patient routes to reduce risk of in-hospital infection of COVID-19. Public relief hospitals are a policy established by the government to ensure infection risk-free treatment.

1. Be assured of safe treatment of spine and joint disorders
Spine and joint disorder and respiratory disease patient routes have been completely segregated to ensure safe treatment.
2. Receive safe inpatient care
All visitations, outings, and overnight leaves of our inpatients are currently suspended for patient safety purposes.
3. Enforcement of thorough infection and safety control measures
All hospital staff comply with safety guidelines, and infection control and safety measures have been enforced, including daily sterilization of facilities and installation of hand sanitizers throughout the hospital.

A. Jaseng Hospital of Korean Medicine is a spine-specialty Korean medicine hospital, and as such we currently operate various hospital policies including segregation of patient routes to ensure safe spine and joint disorder treatment for our patients. We recommend that patients who wish to receive treatment for respiratory disorders as their chief complaint to visit a pulmonary specialist or screening center as they are in need of careful, specialized screening and treatment.
